Dr. Samarrai earned her MD at 23 through the competitive 7-year BA/MD program at Rutgers–Robert Wood Johnson Medical School — one of the most rigorous accelerated pathways in the country. She is a practicing otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon, and leads Fast Track to MD as its founder and program director. She has served on admissions, ranking, and selection committees and brings direct insider knowledge of what accelerated programs are looking for.

Dr. Abdulla graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo with a BS in Pharmacology & Toxicology before earning his MD at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY, where he served as General Internal Medicine Practice Chief, followed by a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University at Buffalo. Board certified in internal medicine, he specializes in coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, and heart valve disease. His path from pharmacology to cardiology gives him a distinctive lens on clinical reasoning and diagnostic decision-making.

Yes. No application fee. Tuition of $679 applies only if you are selected. The first 10 applicants each cohort also receive free access to Fast Track Foundations — selected or not.

No. The four modules teach everything from scratch. Students come in with no anatomy or medical terminology background and learn everything they need to deliver complete Grand Rounds presentations to a live physician panel.
